Our Staff

Beth
~ Office Manager

I have been working with my wonderful husband for the past 28 years. Even though we spend most of our day in the same location, we still have plenty to talk about during the off hours, especially since I am now working in 2 offices! Being involved in the office is quite rewarding and I still marvel at the amazing dentistry we are constantly performing. Our team is truly an extended family. I enjoy spending my free time with my three children and practicing yoga. I also sit on the board of our synagogue.

Nina
~ Assistant Office Manager

My name is Nina and I am very excited to be at Smiles 4 A Lifetime. After working in the dental field for over 20 years, it is great to have found my home. I am happily married and have two amazing children that keep me very busy when I am not in the office. I enjoy seeing the smiles on our patients faces knowing that we have helped them in any way that we can.

Gina
~ Administrative Assistant

Hi my name is Gina and I began working in the office in 1994. I recently returned to Smiles 4 A Lifetime after leaving 5 years ago. It’s great to be back on the team! They have become family to me. I enjoy helping our patients any way that I can. My husband and I have three beautiful children. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family. I love to travel, crafting and reading.

Aurora
~ Administrative Assistant

Aurora

I’m Aurora and I am one of the newest members of the Smiles 4 A Lifetime team! There’s a 99% chance we’ve spoken over the phone already. Some background on me is, I went to BMCC for my associates in Forensics. Ultimately I ended up a dental assistant about 3 years ago. Within those 3 years I have had the experience within the front and back end of the office learning about all the different aspects in dentistry and continue to want to learn.

When I am not in the office, you can catch me with my maltipoo Daisy, spending time with my family or taking a trip somewhere. I have made it a goal of mine to leave the country at least once a year. So far, so good. I can’t wait to meet you all!

Jessica
~ Dental Hygienist

Hi I am Jess and I’m a Registered Dental Hygienist and the newest member of the Smiles 4 A Lifetime staff! I’m super excited to be on board! Here's a little bit about myself, I went to St. John’s University where I received my bachelor’s degree in biology. After, I went to Farmingdale State College where I received my associates in Dental Hygiene.

I have now been a hygienist for 3 1/2 years. Prior to being a hygienist I was a dental assistant, so I have been in the field for about 11 years. Can you tell that I love cleaning teeth? Making my patients happy and comfortable is my number one priority!

Leslie
~ Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant for over 20 years. I was born and raised in Colombia where I studied and worked in nursing. When I came to New York, I developed a love for the dental field. Working with patients is my passion. It is very gratifying to me as a dental assistant to give care to my patients in a calm and caring atmosphere where their comfort and wellness is the main concern. The most rewarding to me is seeing my patients with a confident smile after treatment and being able to provide them with educational information. Being with Dr. Neil has been an inspiring experience. He is always eager to teach and provide the best dentistry there is for patients.

My husband and I have two beautiful kids and a Yorkie named Munchkin. On my free time I enjoy exercising & spending time with my family & friends (especially my grandchildren).

Lorinda
~ Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant for 30 years and I have worked with Dr. Neil since 1995. About six years ago I left Smiles 4 A Lifetime to explore another career, wondering if I was missing out on something. I found my answer returning back to Smiles 4 A Lifetime in August 2016. I learned a lot from my decision, and I can happily say that I feel back at home at Smiles 4 A Lifetime. I love being a dental assistant! I feel blessed to work with the best doctors and staff in a practice that is always growing and learning. I live in Oceanside with my husband, 2 daughters and our dog Luigi. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, dining out, watching sports and traveling, especially to Arizona and Las Vegas.

Arianna

I am very excited to be apart of the amazing team at Smiles 4 A Lifetime. I graduated college with a degree in Business Administration but I decided to switch to dental assisting and I love it! Working at Smiles 4 A Lifetime has been a great learning experience and I look forward to learning much more! In my free time I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family and playing with my dog Koko.
