Dear valued patient,
Hopefully you have been keeping informed and up to date with the local and national response to the Corona Virus outbreak and its Containment. It is now being recommended by various leadership (including our dental organizations) that we no longer continue to see patients for routine care. That being said, after tomorrow, Tuesday march 17, our doors will be closed for regular dental visits for the foreseeable future. At this time, we do not know for how long that is, but likely several weeks, until our officials update their recommendations. If you are having an issue you MUST call immediately and we can see you on this last day of routine care
After tomorrow, we will as always continue answering phones, emails and texts from all of our patients. After Tuesday, we will be responding all and to any emergencies you may have on an individual basis.
Dr Berman’s Cell Phone: 516-996-6186
Dr. Lermer’s Cell Phone: 718-216-1329
To repeat, we will only be available for emergency dental issues after tomorrow, 3/17
Please do not take this lightly. In order to comply with public officials and the CDC, WHO and our own dental organizations, we need to be adamant about maintaining “Social Distances” and only interacting with other individuals on a need to basis. We cannot do this and have regular business. It just isn’t possible.
As you have been watching the television news, and using social media, you know what the potential for this virus is. We are doing our part to “flatten out” the graph depicting the spread, needed treatment and unfortunate morbidity of this outbreak. Please help us help each other.
Be well and maintain vigilance throughout this national crisis
Dr. Berman, Dr. Lermer and the Team at Smiles 4 A Lifetime.
